Carolyn joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2006. Prior to joining PEP Carolyn was the COO of Zenith Media, the Media Agency within The Communications Group (formerly a PEP portfolio company), after starting her career at  Coopers and Lybrand in Australia and the UK. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma from the AGSM at the University of New South Wales.
