Andrew joined the firm in 2021. Previously he spent four years as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in private equity, M&A and corporate governance across a range of sectors. Andrew received an MBA from INSEAD and Juris Doctor (Law) and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne.
