This scholarship is offered to women studying commerce or a related degree, who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated leadership experience. Successful applicants will join our private equity team for a four-week internship where they will learn critical skills including financial modelling, valuation techniques and commercial analysis from industry experts.

Scholarship benefits & eligibility
Scholarship recipients will receive a $25,000 inclusive of a 4-week integrated internship experience with PEP’s Private Equity team.

When asked to provide enrolment details, please ensure they are submitted via an academic transcript.
As part of this application, please provide a statement of interest which responds to the following questions:
- Explain why you are interested in this scholarship and what you hope to achieve from the completion of the internship.
- Describe how the skills and knowledge you will gain from this internship will be applied and benefit your career.
- Describe how this scholarship will assist you to complete your studies.
When will the internship take place?
The internship will run during the 2025 winter break. Recipients must be available to complete the internship during this time.
Who is eligible to apply?
If you are a current student, and meet our criteria, we encourage you to apply for the PEP Women in Business Scholarship.
This scholarship is for female students currently enrolled in their penultimate or final year of study in a commerce or related degree.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you will need:
- A distinction or greater WAM and have demonstrated extra-curricular experience
- Appetite to participate in a 4-week work experience program in Sydney (flights and accommodation provided for interstate travellers)
- An Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold Australian permanent residency
