We are pleased to announce that on 22 December 2023, Funds advised by Pacific Equity Partners (‘PEP’) signed an agreement to acquire ATOM, a leading Australian distributor of industrial and safety supplies into the resources, defence, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

ATOM is a leading distributor of industrial and safety supplies with 13 branches across Australia. It is one of two players with national distribution capability, with 4,600+ active customers, 2,500+ suppliers and 88,000+ unique SKUs. The business is highly diversified, with no single customer or supplier representing a material portion of the business.
